Is it Weird or bad for a Senior in high school to date a Sophmore?

He is a virgin... I'm not, but I don't really care about sex. I don't want to have sex with him I just want to be with him and spend time with him. He is a really great guy and I like him soooooo much but I feel like people would judge me, so is it wrong? He is 16 and I'm 17, but will be 18 in like a month.
