girls only !!!:how do i make my breasts look like their natural size in school uniform?

please no judgement no question. just please answer my question rather than judging me please.
i wear a 34c bra (uk)
i dont have any pushup bras only 2 padded 34c bras.(i dont want to buy any pushup bras)
my school uniform is : navy blue cardigan, black trouser/grey skirt, white polo shirt/normal white t-shirt

These type of clothes tend to flatten your chest (I guess the teachers want the guys to do schoolwork rather than look at girls). You could try tucking your shirt into your skirt, to make it tight against your chest, or if that doesn't work I think you need some chicken fillets (cup enhancers) or a push up bra or both.

Stuff your bra or push ups is your only options. :) or the only ones I'm aware of. I'd be simpler to just get a push up tho. Since stuffing your bra could end up making them look weird or whatever you stuff them with falls out... which would be awful and awkward. :)

Put socks inside your bra on the outer and under your breasts to push them together and up.
