Ignore him. If you have to response, keep responses as terse as possible and don't add on to the conversation or ask questions. He'll eventually get bored and start paying attention to someone/something else.

I'd get a guy friend to call him up and tell him to stop bothering you , say your his girlfriend or something to put him off. If he keeps texting maybe just change your number.
either ignore them.. or call your cellphone service thing and tell them to block that number.
LOL this happened to me once, I just stopped replying and he eventually left me alone.
just be honest and tell him you're not feeling him like that, and to stop texting you. then if that doesn't work, change your number. LoL...
