Most girls will NOT signal guys buddy...they say they give signals but their idea of "signals" is a smile or something else that's subtle...so if a girl just as much as looks at you, you have to smile, if she smiles back, great, mentally grab your balls and go talk to her.

And of COURSE they check us guys out...it's retarded to think that they don't. It's just like thinking women don't like sex...such BS...
