Every time I drunk milk tea at afternoon I can't sleep whole night, make me crazy, but I'd like to drink milk tea so much, what can I do?
Tea has caffeine, which does disturb sleep. Try to avoid drinking tea after noon. Caffeine is also addictive, so perhaps weaning off completely would be the better option.

That's a bit strange.. I would say don't drink them in the afternoon. Warm milk puts me to sleep quickly.
Try a plant-based milk instead, like cashew or soy. Maybe the tea has caffeine in it as well.
Well tea usually contains moderate caffeine? You may have a caffeine sensitivity

It's probably the caffeine. You could try a naturally de-caf tea.
Try red tea (Rooibos) it contains more less caffeine that the usual teas.
