i like this girl, and we work together. the problem is im not sure how she is feeling about me. i decided to walk away from her because of the increased attention she has been getting lately from other guys. she seems like a really friendly person and all the signs i could have seen as flirting could have been just her being friendly. so i backed up, i figured i would have seen a sign through the hangouts or just the talking, i wasn't sure that i have. i decided the way she has been acting towards me,(distant) im just going to keep it friendly for work. hi and bye, hug when appropriate thats all. she's been distant even before that, doesn't text or really snap me.
anyway she texted me once already randomly asking me why i wasn't really talking to hear and acting so weird. after we talked things went back to normal. but its now a few weeks later and it has dropped again. i see her doing that friendly crap with other guys she did with me. i should mention she's the type who would have a lot of male friends and friend zone them all. which i figured could also be me. but anyway, seen her yesterday and she just seemed civil like hi hug and went on our way. like i mentioned we work together so i seen her most of the day. she was happy and doing her friendly flirting crap with other guys. we didn't really acknowledge each other unless it was work related. on her way out she passed by me and i told her goodnight she said she will be back told her i wouldn't though. the moment she gets off of work she text me, asking why i dont talk to her anymore. i like the fact that she's surrounded by men and she still texting and upset with me. told her i dont see her going out of her talking to me. then i told her i could be brutally honest why if u like. she didn't respond. sent a snap question to me i responded, she opended it didn't respond.
what should i do?
Should i call her out?
what do u think is on her mind?
do u think she may feel the same?

I don't know but it really doesn't seem like ur any different from the rest of the guys she has been talking to, i am pretty sure that even one of her other male friends would stop talking to her she would say the same. I looks like ur liking her but think about this, u have a problem with all his male friends because of the way she talks to them. Do you really think she can just stop doing that after she is with you. It is just the way she talks to everyone, just because she is a girl doesn't make her any more Innocent, its not only guys that like to play around there are many girls like that too.

ok some things i should clarify, and the idea that u put forth does irritate me, i just assume if we have something the other stuff wouldn't matter. but also i do think im a little different, not positive but i do know im 1 of the 2 guys she actually hangs out with on her free time usually alone for us. she posted a pic of me and her together on her ig. no other guys like that except her ex. i met and hung out with her family at her house, dont think anyone else has done that either. not sure if its the same.. but what should i do now if this current issue? do i just ignore it or address it like she seems to want to?

Then you should talk to her, just clarify it between u too. It is better than just assuming everything.

She is being friendly with you and respects you as a co-worker. I would not set high hopes to date her or something. Just be normal you and look at her as a female friend-co-worker. If she wants you, she will let you know (verbally or not).
