If you are having sexual dreams and waking up wet then yes you are having wet dreams. If you ever wake up during an orgasm than you are definitely having them. Failing that, you may have an inability to remember dreams OR a bladder problem. Whatever it is don't worry. Wear absorbent underwear and perhaps use a towel. Good luck with this and don't feel bad about it.

YES! I have woken up several times to a soaking wet bed, but I have a higher amount of natural lubrication than most girls. I have seen a doctor about it but she said that is normal for a few of us, so when I get sexually excited I flow like a river to some extent. Most boys don't complain about it... lol

wet dreams are usually a release of sexual tension in both guys and girls. with guys they have a buildup of sperm and cannot hold any more, so it is released in sleep. of course girls don't have sperm but their tensions still can build up and have to be released, and the body will do it for you if you don''t. with guys our penises become erect in sleep a few times and throb, then get soft. If a guy held in his sperm for too long, which can be a day to a few months, an orgasm is triggered when the penis erects and pumps the sperm out every time the penis throbs. in girls the vagina gets wet and clit swells and pulsates and if she hasn't orgasmed for a while an orgasm is triggered and the vagina goes through the whole vaginal spasms and clit throbs just like a penis would.
