Girls, When did you start wearing a training bra and regular bra?

I saw my younger cousin today for Easter and she was so pround to tell me she started wearing a training bra. She is only 10 which i think is a little young, but if you need it you need it, and she needed it. I was 12 when i started wearing a training bra and 13 and a half before i switched to a regular cup bra. If was funny how happy my cousin was to be wearing a training bra, as i recall being proud and happy to first start wearing a bra too but now i wish i didn’t have to wear a bra, even the comfortable ones suck lol.

I started wearing sports bras in 4th grade to prevent my nips from showing through my shirts. I didn't start wearing an actual bra until 6th grade. I don't know what a training bra is or what it looks like so I'm not sure when or if I ever wore those.

A training bra is just about a sports bra, but it doesn't compress the breasts the way a sports bra would, or not nearly as much as a sports bra. Think cotton, more loose sports bra and you basically have a training bra.

I started wearing training bras when i was 13 and i switched to normal bras when i was 14 and half or maybe 15.. I just thought training bras were more comfortable and i didn't like wearing bras anyway.

Hmm i believe i was 12-13 when i started wearing a sports bra/top, and regular one not until i was 16-ish, i only got an a cup so i never had a big need for a bra, still today i only wear a bra on special occasions or if I'm going to have a specific type of clothes

I think I started a training bra in third grade. I remember because a girl who left before fourth grade announced it very loudly and liked to snap the strap, and I'm pretty sure I was wearing a real bra by junior high.

I started wearing a training bra in 4th grade because mom forced them upon me, but I left them at school sometimes because they were useless. 😂
Then switched to cuped bras in 5th grade.

Did you need them when your mom forced them upon you, when i started wearing a training bra i felt grown up to be wearing one but didn't think i really needed it yet. Looking back at old family pictures i needed one.

Running braless wasn't uncomfortable, so I didn't really needed them.
I guess my mom forced them upon me because at that time I had the same breast size as her, so she felt like I needed a bra.

I don't think I ever really had a training bra. That might have been nice when I was younger because I started developing early. I think I have pretty much always worn a bra since I was 7th grade.

I didn't start wearing real bras until 8th or 9th grade. Before that I'd sometimes wear sports bras or nothing at all, because I didn't actually need anything.

I think I was around 13 when I first went training bra shopping with my mom, but I didn't start wearing "regular" bras until i was 15.

I don't think it matter about how old you are but how developed the breast are.

I actually never wore a training bra cause I felt awkward about it but j think 10 is an ok age
