i went to a shoe store when I was 15 and was trying on heels for my brother's wedding, and the store owner and her husband were admiring my feet and kept telling me I had very nice looking feet and they look great in open-toed shoes. in retrospect, I think they might've had a fetish for feet. how apt...shoe store owners with a foot fetish. lol
i don't care much for feet, but I do think I have one of the nicest looking feet among my friends...so I don't hate my feet.
i love getting my feet massaged. I go to the foot reflexology centre every other week to get my feet pressed and rubbed. every time after that I feel like I'm gliding on air.
High heels destroy the natural attractive appearance of the feet, where the toes are nearly parallel with one another, so that's part of the reason they don't want you looking at them. Look at the feet of indian women and you'll see just how pretty they are in contract to civilization. When growing up, my father always made sure I had custom made shoes that were somewhat squared at the top so as not to disrupt the natural growth of my toes. And so now there is only a slight balanced arch from the top of my big toe onto my little one. I can hike for miles at a time without ever complaining of feet pain and discomfort.

I've got to agree, I'm really not very keen on feet at all. Think it's just because they're a bit ugly, actually I'm not really sure why. I can't decide whether I'd want someone to massage my feet or not, it can be quite tickly but maybe could be quite nice after a long day.
I don't hate or love my feet. Personally I think theyre fine since I get pedicures every other week. I wouldn't mind getting a foot massage, but my feet are very ticklish.
Maybe they're just being self-deprecating to get some compliments? That or they're just disgusted by feet, period.
Only thing I hate are my long toes, feeling like I have monkey feet sometimes ha ha :P
Feet and toes are gross in general. Feet can only be cute on a little child or baby but as you grow they turn ugly.

am neutral towards mine. It's not something I think about often though.
