If a girl you just met touches your arm does she like you?

I met a girl last night, was talking to her for like 5 minutes and she went ahead and lightly touched my arm and we had good conversation and laughs. If a girl is touching you that early on when meeting you does she want to be more than friends?

That is a very strong indicator of interest, yes. Did she show any other non-verbal clues? Head tilting to show her neck, showing her wrists, constantly crossing/uncrossing her legs etc?

Good eye contact I guess, I would catch her gaze when I'd look at her and we'd keep eye contact for about 5-7 seconds.

But she was kinda keeping her distance and she wasn't facing me, she was like at an angle talking to me.

It's funny how I pick the clues that she's not interested and assume she isn't, even though it might be obvious that she likes me because of other clues.
