I don't really drink, in fact, I'm 21 and I've never been drunk, and I consider myslef a fairly attractive girl. Its not that I don't go to parties either or to bars, is just I don't like drinking that much. I agree with justme20, there are other ways to have fun. I met my boyfriend.. in tutorial at the university though, if that helps. Maybe join exercise group? like a running group or something? Usually girls that are very athletic or rather, health conscious, will be very attractive and not like to drink so much since it isn't too healthy. Also, girls in university. They do go out and drink, and like it, but its not usually their main interest.
There really is no where to look for that certain type of girl because people can hang out anywhere. The only real way whether to know if someone is into certain things is to form conversation with them..
Places I would avoid though are,
-Bars
-Clubs
Christian youth groups/leaders clubs ... One of my friends is very active in that area and the only alcohol she consumes is at mass (a sip of red wine). If you go to a bar and see a girl with a coke in her hand she is most likely not a heavy drinker.
There's no one place that you can assume that people don't drink...that's a personal preference. You can meet a girl at a coffee shop, bookstore, mall, library, church and she still can drink.

In church...and I'm not even kidding.
I go to church and there are so many good-looking girls sitting around in the pews just waiting to meet someone because the church guys are not only lacking but determined to pick their future wife the first time around and as such don't ask the girls out alot.
Maybe they're not drinkers, maybe they're just having fun, try to meet them out of the clubs and you'll see they're different from that, you can't judge a girl for drinking...it doesn't mean they're drunk all day!
i don't drink. I'm repulsed by alcohol. the way it smells is enough for me to not want it. it has nothing to do with religious reasons its just I can have fun without the alcohol. they are out there :) good luck

And the bus stop. Lol!
Well I have the same situation. I don't like guys who drink and/or smoke... Maybe we should keep looking... :-D
It's not really about where, you'd just have to ask them. If they aren't into partying and clubbing they may not be into drinking. Best bet is church but there are still drinkers there.
