There is this guy that always looks at me from across the room. Last Wednesday he was looking at me from across the room. What does it mean when a guy does this. I know it's not a lot of info lol.

He stares, but doesn't smile or approach you? Maybe you look like someone he knows. Or maybe he has some sort of fixation on you It doesn't sound healthy if he stares all the time and doesn't otherwise respond to you.

He may just be shy, but I doubt it. It sounds pathological.
