If you really want this guy to ask you out, I suggest you might make a small move first. Like ask him for something casual, like work on homework after school one day or something. Or ask him for lunch/ a coffee one day. And while you're on that little get-together, talk to him flirtatiously. Hopefully by then he'll have the brain cells to realize that u like him xD
