Do Tall Guys Like Short Girls?

My hubby is 6'1" and I'm 5'5". He says it's painfully cute because I'm a lot shorter than he is.

But what's your opinion? Do you like shorter girls or taller girls? :3

Which I guess is a gift and a curse - there aren't that many girls TOO short for me.. but also, there are quite a few that are taller.

I do prefer shorter, as its cute, and they would be so nice to hold etc etc.

but if she was the same height as me... I don't know why but there's something I find so awesome about being the exact same height.. it just feels like we're so equal and I love it. and I'm used to having friends the same height as me, so her being the same height would like, give more of a cool friendship vibe as well..

It can be part of the mans mental complex but I prefer women who are shorter than me. I've had relationships with women who were about the same size as me, but I have to say that the women who were shorter than me just trip a switch in me that just makes me go bonkers.

Probably has to do with some sort of superiority complex...

You're a half inch above the average height in north America. Your boyfriend is just a few inches taller than average, so I'd say he's above average, rather than tall.

But yeah, tall guys tend to like short girls. I don't know if it's because they subconsciously want to balance each other out, for example, in the case of having children, or if they just like to make themselves feel even more taller. As well, short girls are more feminine looking, so guys in general tend to go for short girls.

I am pretty short (5'3"ish) and I like taller guys. My cousin has a long-term boyfriend that's like 6'4" or so and she's 4'11" (She's like 22- just really short) And they look adorable when they kiss and hug. He picks her up all the time and it just looks so cute!

I prefer the girl to be on the short side (a little shorter than you). But obviously it's just a preference, it's not as though a girl being a certain height would really make me not date her. Unless she's 8+ feet, XD.

Not at all. I find a girl being short as something cute. I have yet to find a girl I would actually call "too short to date". If anything I'm often attracted to shortness.

Shorter, your hubby is right, it's absolutely adorable when a girl is shorter. Only to a certain point though, no offense to midgets or super short people, but I think when it comes to stooping down or picking a girl up just for a kiss or something, it just a pain in the back... literally. Otherwise, it's nice to be able to look down to see eye to eye, just makes me smile.

I'm a bit different. I'm 6'5" so I like my girls really tall. My girl right now is currently 5'8" and that's prefect for me, because I don't want to date a girl who's average height and I have to get on my knees to kiss her. lol

I personally like tall girls (like girls who are 5'9"-6'2" - I'm 5'10"). But he's your husband. He wouldn't have married you if he didn't love you just the way you are. Why are you worried about it? You seem preoccupied by it.

In a heartbeat! I'm like a deer in headlights when I see a woman who's a little taller than me, especially if she's pretty. If she's like 6'7", then that might be a little bit of a turn off. But 6'1", 6'2"...hot!

i like shorter girls but for me its even harder to find a girl that is shorter than me I mean I'm 5'8" and most girls now are taller than me so I'm not picky but I do prefer shorter girls because its easier when your getting laid if you have a short girl but honestly I like short girls because their fun sized and they are adorable

Hes a bit taller than average and you are about average, most women are 5'5 or 5'6. Short is usually like 5'3 or below

yeah I would definitely, height does not matter to me. Actually both heights are attractive. Tall height would make the girl look elegant and sophisticated, while short height will make her cute and adorable.
