She likes you. Everytime I see the guy I like in the school yard and he says something funny I giggle. But back to you. Even though she may like you, it might freak her out. So don't tell her you like her(if you do).If you do like her start building a friendship with her. But if you don't like her, don't be mean about it. Just be cool. And if she asks you out. Just give her chance.
Well maybe she giggle because she talked to a guy that she had a crush on or maybe she gigged because she thought saying "how are you" was a joke between her and her friends,by saying hello to everybody in the hallway. That what I do but I respond back THAT'S "GREAT". WHAT ELSE DID SHE SAY AFTER SHE SAID HOW ARE YOU HUH.
From a girl's point of view, she's probably at least a little interested. Or one of those super giggly, peppy cheerleader types that are tooooo optimistic for their own good haha.
