You can't get rid of fetishes I'm afraid :/ they're just a part of who you are.
You just need to remember that LOTS of people have fetishes, including girls who are just fine in social situations. The foot thing isn't holding you back; your poor social skills are an entirely different matter which you should work on as a seperate entity.
Foot fetishes are very common, and liking feet doesn't make you weird.
if it's a fetish it's almost impossible to get rid of lol trust me I've tried.
