My boyfriend going to his best friend's bachelor party? In vegas!?

Question

Ok so I've been w/my boyfriend for one year and we've become very close to one another...

So long story short, my boyfriends best friend is having his bachelor party...and of course..my boyfriend and all the buddies are planning the party in Vegas...getting a suite...and just being the 25-27 year old guys they are...

I'm not insecure but I'm extremely worried and get a sick feeling to my stomach when I think about my boyfriend in Vegas...with 10 other men...for a bachelor party..omg. :X

Not to mention, my boyfriend happens to be the fun, loud, party starting, cool fun guy in the group...which even sucks more lol ( bachelor party wise...) anyway, I don't want to keep bringing it up to him because I know he's starting to get annoyed..last time I said something his response was, " OMG, you know what?! I won't even go, its not worth all this drama...Ill just miss my best friends bachelor party and regret it for the rest of my life..." I felt really immature when he said that..I felt like a little girl nagging and bitching... : (

So anyway, insecurities and everything aside, how can I feel better about this? what should I do? is it ok/ cool if my boyfriend goes to Vegas? for a bachelor party?!?

Help :(

I know I'm going to get a storm of "oh but if you don't trust him, then why are you with him..." but it goes a little deeper than trust issues..its just disturbing when it comes to the thought...

I know exactly how you feel. It really is an awful feeling. Even the most trust worthy guy would have a worried girlfriend sitting at home. What you need to do is think about how much it will mean to him if you let him go and trust him. Think about how important your best friend's bachelorette party would be to you and put yourself in his shoes.

If I were you, I'd go out with a bunch of people that night to take your mind off of it. It's just one night and then it'll be over. Just be grateful he's not the bachelor. If you're worried about strippers, etc. they usually go for the man getting married. You'll just have to remember that he loves you and won't betray you. Good luck, girl.

stop nagging him. that is exactly what you are doing - its absurd to think you're making all this drama because he's going to his friends bachelor party.
stop being selfish and worrying about your feelings and your insecurities and put a damn smile on and tell him to have fun- hell maybe even give him some gambling money. guys will be guys - if you really do trust him then i don't understand this whole "i trust him i really do but it makes me nervous to have him in vegas"

if you trusted him you would know, no matter how many guys he's with- he will not allow himself or allow others to make him do anything that would hurt you.

My boyfriend is there right now on a boys holiday. As much as k do trust him I feel like him being there within me so many miles away that he might end up doing something which will hurt me. The time difference alone is killing me which is 8 hours. I don't know how to feel and what to think and what to do. I'm scared of having my Heart broken by somone I truly love. He did say to me before he left that "I'm not a dickhead, I'm not like my other mates I have my own mind, I'll never do anything to hurt you, if I wasn't serious about you I wouldn't have talked about marriage or kids with you". Still something holds me back.

I totally know what your going through. My boyfriend likes to party a lot and have fun and I do trust him I just don't trust certain people I guess. But if he really loves you and you guys are that close you have nothing to worry about! And just think of this situation as a test in a way for you and him! You are being tested to see just how much you trust him and he's being tested on weather or not he CAN be trusted!

You are just being territorial, your boyfriend is with you for a reason though, he isn't going to go on a sex-crazed out-of-control weekend just to hurt you or make you feel like he will cheat on you, he is going to celebrate his friends marriage by going out and getting drunk and making sure his friend's last "single and free" outing is one that his friend will remember for the rest of his life. Just make sure he knows that he is to follow the 'look but don't touch' policy and give him a call every now and again... if you are into it, you could even try sexting him.

He's not doing anything wrong. You need to find a way to deal with your insecurities without taking things out on him.

Just trust the guy and let him go. What are you REALLY worried about anyway? I'd guess the worst that will happen is that they go to a strip club and he gets a few lap dances. So just some tits in the face and then he goes home. Is that a major problem for you?
