Water.

Cold, refreshing, the most purest thing you could ever receive. You could drink only water for a living as your only drink and not suffer from any problems. Water is pretty much everywhere, oceans, lakes, steams, rain, snow, and we practically shower in it! WE are basically made up of water!

Yet, we still don't drink water as much.

How many of you have been gaining tons of pounds, and you follow follow all the rules for weight loss: eat right, exercise, and sleep on time, yet you still are not losing weight. Have you read that water helps you lose weight? You probably have already. It's proven in studies that drinking water before a meal can help lose weight faster than those people who don't. And why is that? Well because we feel full and makes us eat less.

2. Helps with common symptoms

You might have been whining to your mum as you were a child that you have a headache, or feel tired, or anything, and all her response was, "Drink plenty of water!" That reply always pissed you off, like water could do much of a difference, so you would just eat more and more. Don't do this though! You need to really listen to your parents, because they know what's good for you! So anyways, water naturally helps with headaches, or some pains in your body.

Companies like those only tell you it's proven to give you energy because you're consenting your belief into it, and thinking that "Oh look, a 5 hour energy drink! I'll go buy some, and maybe a trip to Timmies for a cup of coffee!" No, it's only water that energizes you, and keeps you hydrated throughout the day.

There is so much more that water helps you with, and it's important to drink your daily 8 glasses of water, to keep you hydrated, it's very important to do so.

A terrible experience that happened to me on the 30th of July, this year, was that I went to a store. I was shopping with my parents because they needed a blender, and a towel for my brothers swim lessons.

Anyways, as my father went to pay, I felt dizzy, I felt thirsty all of a sudden. I told my mom and I told her I wanted some coke at home. She said yes, and she noticed I looked sick, so she took me out, into the room that had a grey vent, and glass doors, the room when you enter Walmart, or any other store, and has gum ball machines and candy there, yeah that room.

So as I was walking there, my vision became blurry, soon everything was blotched white and as soon as I knew it, everything turned white, and I fainted.

Soon, I saw my dads worried face and my mom clutching onto my shoulder, sobbing onto my back. I heard a woman chanting her prayers and some deep voices yelling, "Someone call the ambulance!" But the store owners and their employees refused to do so. My parents made me drink some water and I could see more clear.

They lead me inside the store, to etch some more water. As soon as they almost led me inside, I fell again and the blotches white spots came back and everything turned white, I could no longer see. I felt cold ice and water travelling down my throat. Soon, I came home and my parents made me drink water.

Two days ago, the 9th of August, I went to the doctor. She said I was lacking water that time, as they ran a few tests on me. I was so terrified and frightened when she said, "She fainted, loss of water, she was dehydrated. Make her drink lots of water or she would've been unconscious for really long.

So what I'm telling you, it's a true story, not advertised or anything, and I really hope this doesn't happen to any of you.

Another thing, there is no such thing as drinking too much.

Remember this was my first myTake it's terrible I know, and I might now do any more, so no rude comments please.
