try to get into a pattern a few days ahead of your finals of going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. Then, of course, set your regular alarm clock. Go to the store and get an old-fashioned windup clock. The night before, set it and wind it up, and put it inside a cooking pan. When it goes off in the morning the pan amplifies the sound. As a backup, have somebody give you a wakeup call, and have your phone on your nightstand.
putting a wind up clock in a pan would scare me so much hahah but it would work.

Was supposed to go to bed two hours ago. Class starts 10am but I need at LEAST 4 hours to get ready. You know, an hour to get OUT of the bed. An hour to dick around on the computer and watch telly and then two hours to get ready for school.

Force yourself to wake up even earlier. Stay awake the whole day and then around 9pm just crash. by the time 5 or 6am rolls around again you'll have gotten 9 hours of rest and be pretty much set.
You have to get into the habit of going to sleep early because if your body isn't used to it, you won't be able to fall asleep. I suggest to wake up early just set an alarm clock so that you can wake up. Set like 3 incase the first two don't work lol :) good luck!

Take a sleeping pill 2hrs before you plan to sleep and you'll be Knocked out or drink a energy drink I'm the morning but to actually get out of bed in the morning think about failing and ending up on the streets and you'll jump out if bed

1. Set double alarm clocks in case you turn one off.
2. Try to go to sleep early unless you are studying, procrastinating on GAG or working out.
3. Avoid caffeine unless you need it drink some herbal teas to help you fall asleep Chamomile is good.
#2 is pretty much my life this week. you got me there haha
yeah. And thats exactly what I'm going to do after I get out of that final haha
good luck on your finals, when I had finals, I never really had as much caffeine, when I had finals, I was always burned out, I guess goto sleep early and wake up early

Whatever you do at night just stop doing it. Boredom will do it's thing.
Practice on days you don't have any school. It should prep you for being able to get up earlier. Trust me-I had to do the same thing but with work instead.

Drink tea (non-caffeinated) or take some GABA or melatonin early in the evening and you'll sleep great! Thanks for the whipped cream encouragement too by the way haha
