So... There's some things you can do. Firstly, if you have wrinkles, start using moisturizer! It will detract from them and make them smaller/less visible. Also, a lower sugar diet works wonders, because high-sugar diets contain a lot of advanced glycation end products (which are harmful molecules which damage the collagen in your skin and contribute to premature wrinkles). Another thing is puffy eyes: those always add YEARS to your appearance. Try to go to bed earlier (don't sleep in! That doesn't help!) if you have them, and if you're in a desperate need for a fix, put cucumber slices on your eyes. Cucumbers act as natural astringents which constrict the blood vessels around your eyes (which lead to puffy eyes). For your face, make sure you use a facial wash system that balances the pH in your skin. If you have oily skin, use products which will help get rid of that excess oil. If you have dry skin, use products which help moisturize your skin. You probably have combination skin, because most people do, so I would suggest a cleansing regime like Neutrogena Advanced Solutions. The thing about facial cleansing is not only to get rid of acne and the like, but it also tightens and tones the skin on your face and makes you look much younger. Also, teeth! Yellow teeth make you look much MUCH older, so make sure they're nice and white! I like Arm and Hammer Advance White Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpaste, because even though it tastes horrible, it makes your teeth super white. Smoking and drinking coffee can contribute to yellow teeth, diminished circulation (which can lead to wrinkles), etc. So although they're great, they're bad for your appearance. Body hair can also contribute to your age greatly. If you're 22 but you have a forest full of back hair, people are going to think that you're much older. You could consider getting it waxed. A shaved head doesn't really contribute much to the age other people think you are. I'm out of space so I hope this helps.

It just happened. It must be your hormones. I've known someone like this but a girl..
You can't do anything about it, you can't control it and it's not your fault.. just accept what is given and take care of yourself.. try not to feel bad, stay cool, be happy and be yourself.. :)
Really? Is that a pic of you?
From what I can tell you resemble Adam Levine at least from the side

Bro, I know that feeling. I'm 23 years old, in good shape and everything and people have said I look 30-40 years of age. Some people say I look like I'm in my upper 20s though. I don't smoke, I don't drink excessively, I get regular exercise, I shave and get haircuts. Basically, I take care of myself and still get people, on the internet, saying I look a lot older than what I am. It's very annoying and quite hurtful also, I don't think there's much we can do expect to continue taking good care of ourselves and eating healthy and living healthy. That's the only way to stave off aging and looking super mature. The picture of myself that you see is current and what I look like after shaving. I'm sure I'll get a bunch of women here telling me I need to trim my eyebrows and everything. I used to do that when I was younger, and might actually consider doing it again to see if it'll make a difference.
Look at the stupid girls scrambling over each other to give you beauty tips. It might be slightly helpful. Go ahead and use cream or whatever the fuck they do.
Anyway bro, you gotta give yourself permission. Chicks bitch about creepy guys hitting on them and yet everywhere you go, you see old dudes with smoking hot women. Why is that?
Oh yeah because girls are lying bitches who are too stupid to know their true selves. So why would you listen to anything they say? You're not creepy. It's actually perfectly natural for forty-year-olds to be attracted to twenty-somethings. So give yourself too look creepy for a moment and don't rob yourself of an opportunity. You can show your drivers license if you need to, right? Even if your premise were true, which it isn't, by your logic it would only look creepy, not actually be creepy, because you're the same age. So just go ahead.

My husband is only a few years older than I. When we first started dating people would think that I was his daughter. That might happen to you also. So you look old , you're not deformed or anything. Your family sounds like a bunch of downers. You going to end up like my dad , he looked 30 when he was in high school. And he continued to look 30 well into his 50s, now people tell him he looks so young for his age. Just wait you will get your last laugh.
That's an ideal age to look to get girls your age. It also helps you at work because you look older. I see no issue.
I would say make up but you would hate me forever :D
Need a pic
But get waxed to get rid of the body hair.I am sad
