Girls, you guys might know about that, since you have huge breasts and all. So what would you do to reduce them.
And some guys might have it too. So please tell me.
Thanks.
There is no easy way or shortcut to losing your weight and chest. The best way is, you've heard it a million times before, to have proper diet and exercise.
I suggest you changing your diet completely. This means no more junk food, soda, or anything that taste sweet and isn't a fruit. At any given meal you eat, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner, your serving should be something like this: 80% vegetables(I'm not kidding), 10%(meat, preferably fish, chicken, or turkey), 5%(carbs, whole grain is best), and 5%(essential fats, omega 3 from nuts, fish oil, olive oil is ok)
As for your exercise, it depends on how is your current health condition. If you have not exercise lately, I suggest to just start off light. Walk exactly 30 min a day for about a month. After that month, try jogging at a slow to moderate pace. After the second month, you can jog/run a bit faster and just build from there on.
After these three months, you should lose considerable weight and gain great health. Continue this lifestyle and vitality will be with yours for life.
I concur with those who said to head to the gym (though I prefer purchasing the equipment and heading downstairs).
I like what WindChaser said about starting out at the right pace. Slowly ease into the workouts and check with your doctor to make sure that you are safe to do so (no irregular heartbeat, asthma, etc. that places you in danger).
These days workouts are high tech. Forget that - go with free weights and a jump rope. Mix up the exercises to ensure balance (you have to work your back if you work your chest - lack of harmony precedes injury).
I haven't read an issue in years, but "Men's Health" was the best at advice and exercise suggestions back when I was in the groove.
I've always found the most effective exercise to drop fat quickly are gym classes that use light weights with lots of reps, like BodyPump or PowerBar. Once you've started to lose some weight through regular exercise (and a healthy diet of course) you can start doing some more serious weight training to help strengthen your chest muscles which should help you build "pecks" instead of "man-boobs" :)
Just remember to pace yourself and remember that it takes time to get fat off your body in a sensible way that will stay off long-term. Good luck!
Thanks for the Advice. Just so you know, I've been going to a gym from past 4 months. But I haven't done any particular stuff for my chest. Will I be able to reduce if I did something?.
When you exercise, fat comes off your body evenly, so there is actually no particular exercise that removes fat from a specific part of the body. However, when you exercise a particular muscle group you build the muscles in that area.
K thanks for that. If you anything else, please lemme know alright!.
I was just curious, so tell me does it feel odd with your boobs?. Cause all girls have (obviously) It feels kinda weird cause mine are like that.
Haha not really. Women who have natural breasts get used to them as they are growing. Although I can't say if women who get implants feel strange at first or not.
Oh! Is that so. I didn't know that. Thanks for that. That will probably help me in my future. So by doing all these kinda exercises and stuff. You think I can reduce little fat and shape my chest?. Cause I really don't want them to look like breasts. So

Push ups, and doing the bench press are good ways. Generally, working out at the gym is a great way to feel confident about your body.
