Underweight, overweight, and on-target weight mean very little anymore. If you're asking from a medically recommended standpoint, then things like BMI aren't very accurate. If you're asking from an aesthetic standpoint, then ignore the weight and just go by what you look like.
You're a tall girl so naturally, you're going to weigh more than the average girl. I'm 5'10" and my natural, maintaining weight on a normal diet is around the 130 mark too. I'm currently 152 with a significant difference in a maintenance diet vs. a bulking diet. But one thing I don't really concern myself with is some kind of "goal weight". I'm going to keep gaining until I get as strong as I'd like to be and get a look that I want. What that means for my body is something much different for a person of a different build than me.
So yeah basically, weight doesn't mean anything. I've seen 120 pound girls that looked normal, and 120 pound girls that looked heavy. It's all in how the weight is distributed, your body build, height, and so on.

Well i am your height and weigh about 190 pounds so for a woman i think that your weight is fine for your height. Your BMI is perfect as well so there is nothing to worry about, be confident!
Peace :)

Depends on more on your body fat rather than your overall weight. I would that if you have the physique of an average woman I would consider you to be average.
Just right. I am sure you are sexy and hot.
