I need some tips on how to stay motivated while working out.
I'm lame and old school and I put a picture of my ideal body type on my mirror and I look at it every morning while looking at myself and I work for it. And when I'm at the gym and get tired but am not done yet I tell myself I can quit now and be a fat ass for the rest of my life like the pathetic scum I want to be, or I can be that much closer to that ideal.
I motivate myself by dogging on myself lol. Doesn't work for a lot of people.

Being optimistic and thinking that I'll be a physically better after the workout... haha lame I know. Some music might help. Maybe having a workout partner?
