20 lbs might be too much to do it in a healthy way. A healthy weight loss plan is losing about 2 lbs per week. But you can start by first cut all your empty calories (meaning pop/soda, coffee, juice) Drink lots of water this will help flush out your system and junk. Stay away from fast food. Eat protein, ie eggs, chicken, fish/seafood. Make sure you eat lots of greens (vegetables) The greener the better. If you're used to exercising go for a run or jump rope. Go swimming. Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day as opposed to 3 big meals. This will help keep your metabolism going all day.

That's pretty far fetched. You might want to consider a goal more realistic for that amount of time. It'll lead for less disappointment in the end. But whatever you do end up doing, make sure it's safe. A lot of times desperation and losing weight don't mix well. Good luck, hun.

Why do you need to lose that much so fast?
Just start working out everyday. Diet. That doesn't mean, "don't eat" it just means, if you're going to east candy, don't binge on itWeight watches has proven to work
