Don't eat after 7pm. Eat small portions. Try drinking only water or tea (milk really shouldn't be on it's own anymore, hard to digest- new science revelation). If water is boring, add fruit: cucumbers, lemon, raspberry, strawberry... Don't eat processed foods such as chips. Cut back on red meat and try only fish/chicken.
Those are a few HEALTHY and efficient ways to become healthier and shed some weight. Don't worry about calories or carbs- you'll go mad.

Well, to lose weight you need to eat because your body needs energy to burn fat otherwise it keeps it. Eat 3 good meals a day but eat small, sensible portions. Secondly, you need to be more active - burn more calories than you take in.
Also, avoid milk since milk contains fat to a degree.
WTF! go get a diet with a professional that will most likely end up really bad. JUST EAT HEALTHY AND DO SPORTS.

It's bad for you health wise, you won't have any energy and will feel lethargic without protein and carbohydrates.
You will get skinner but only form malnutrition, which is very bad for your health. You never want to lose weight fast as you will gain it back real fast, it's bets to loose weight slowly with a well balanced healthy diet.
Drink beer instead of milk. It's less fattening.
