Would this be an eating disorder? Should I talk to a doctor?

I'm a little worried about my health, which is I guess a good thing because I do want to become healthy.

I don't eat a lot. (Although I used to eat a lot! I would just keep eating and not get full. I was definitely a binge eater) On a good day I'll eat maybe a piece of fruit during the day, or some cashews. For dinner if my mum cooks (which isn't often, probably 2 times a week) a proper meal I'll eat that (Always feeling sick afterwards). If my mum doesn't cook I'll have maybe 2 pieces of toast. That's all I eat in an average day. I've been feeling sick lately, and light headed at times and I think it's because of my eating habits.
But whenever I think about eating it makes me feel sick just the thought of it.
I've also had a headache about a week now.
I don't know if it's a completely different thing but I've also been getting pain in my hands lol, I don't know if that's just random.

Should I see the doctor? Or just try my best to eat better, even though I've tried before and failed?
