Yeah but the cardio and only focus on the strength. You should really only be doing cardio once, maybe twice a week (if your main goal is strength). I would divide those 5 workout days into 2 lower body, 2 upper body and 1 Deadlift day. If you must only do cardio on one of those days (instead of a separate day), than do it on Deadlift day.

I workout 5 times a week so no. Just strength trian different muscles accordingly to give proper resting times for your muscle groups. Abs do not need resting time though, same with most core muscles.
That's is a good workout routine :) and one major rest day is perfect. Make sure that you maintain a healthy diet :)
