In a nut shell: Headaches, under eating, light headedness, working out, no energy?I don't know what question I would ask, but please read details!?

So I've been going to the gym a lot lately. 4-5 times a week. I've found that I feel rather ill when I leave, but still good because I know that I am closer to my ideal body :)
But that's not the point. I've been getting headaches regularly and have felt light headed a lot. The other day, I finished my personal training session and nearly passed out even though I hadn't done all that much because my personal trainer could tell I didn't have much energy.
My eating habits have dropped and I find I don't eat much during the day, not necessarily because I'm not hungry but because I either don't have time, can't be bothered or I feel too sick to eat and the though makes me feel even worse..
I've been drinking plenty of water, I always do. It's just eating has become a problem.

I don't really know what to do, I mean I tried eating properly but it always just goes back to the same thing.. I don't know if I should get help with this? I mean... I have a bit of depression so I think that maybe this could be causing the eating problems but then again I've been feeling better the past week and the eating isn't getting better.

The other day I had a chocolate ice cream, and usually they would make me feel sick, like it's too much sugar. But it was really good haha... I know that seems irrelevant, but do you think I might have low sugar atm? or idk... I don't know much about health.
