Who knows, the amount of calories you need is a determined by your body composition and exercise habits.
If you have been maintaining your current weight for a while, then I suggest counting calories for your typical meal and then gradually lower the amount.
As for exercise... Keep it intense. Most people don't ever push themselves especially while doing cardio to even consider it a physical exercise. Target heart rate is highly generalized and depends on the person but it is a good enough guide to how intense you should be exercising for the most benefit.
If you successfully maintain your diet and be consistent with the exercise, I'm sure you'd see results by New years. Oh and don't you ever worry about water weight and obsessing over the scale. Your weight will vary throughout the days and weeks.
If you really wanted, I've lost 5 pounds of water weight in one day from running.
Sounds like that's not enough calories. At your height and getting in 20 minutes of circuit training a day your calorie intake should be more like 1800 or so.
28 minutes yes ;) lol and some 45 min low Intensity once a week but also I would do 1600 :)
You should try my fitness pal an app that help measure so you lose weight.
