Eating 1400 calories and working out 20 min... enough?

I want to lose 3-4 kg. I have an office job. So I sit all day. However, as soon as I get home I will do a 20 min. Circuit orkout, mainly using my own body weight and adding in come sardio. If I do that 4-5 times a week and eat 1400 calories will the weight come off by the end of the year? I want the weight off by new years eve:-)

I will stick to a healthy diet. Just not sure if the calories are okay. Im 5, 9 by the way.
