I do a lot of fitness work, going to the gym isn't that good but if u search up core exercise, it is the core muscles that are the '6pack' muscles. A few core exercises are sit ups, leg raises, push ups etc etc, the Internet has tons of core exercises and it should take very long to get the results, make sure u also stick to healthy diet and keep to a regime like every night, it is easiest after sports so u r ready but if not make sure u r warmed up. I am 14 to and I have had a 6pack for a while probs since I was 11 ish, but it is really easy to loose and u have to work pretty hard to get it back but it's worth the effort! Xx

what Argus14 says is partially true. You do need to remove the layer of fat off your stomach for your abs to "show", and this is done mostly through diet and losing weight. However, in order for you to sculpt nice strong, big abs, you have to do ab workouts with added weight. For a 14 year old this is extremely bad if you lose your form. Start with leg ups, sit ups, crunches, and build a strong core. When you feel confident, add weight 10, 25, 35, 45, and start doing those workouts.
Most likely you were doing your diet wrong, not the exercises. Stay off carbs (100g/day or less) and let the body use fat for energy and increase protein intake for muscle gain.

Decrease your calorie intake slowly and progressively each week until you are losing weight. It's a low body fat percentage that's going to make the abs show but don't forget to excercises as well. Even calisthenics are fine.
Get a job doing heavy physical work. Compared to going to a gym, it'll get you in a lot better shape, better build, a natural 4-6 pack, fresh air, and you'll even get paid for doing it.
Draw six packs on your stomach with a pen! You'll get a immediate six packs in no time >=)
(RiNa)Eat clean, sweat often
you can do sit ups and crunchs at home :-)
