Help!! How much should I lose and how should I go about it?

I'm 5'10 1/2 and have a med/large frame and I currently weight 187. I know I'm extremely overweight. I was wondering what a healthy goal weight would be? I'm never going to be under 140 pounds. I used to workout 5 times a week and eat clean but I could never get lower then 151.

There aren't any gyms near by and I live in an apartment.

Realistically how long do you think it would take to lose 30 pounds?

I don't have a lot of money so I was looking for a suggestion of what to eat on a budget.

Also a workout routine for a small place.

I have a heavy bag in my apartment, it's in the corner so I can circle it. Anyone know any heavy bag routine for novices.

Any tips or thoughts welcomed. Thank you!

I carry most of my weight around my stomach and hips. It's extremely upsetting. My arms, legs and thighs are normal size!
