Sounds like the lack of spontaneity or spice in your life. Make a change, start your day with 7 hours of sleep and drink a strong coffee. Make a to do list the night before. Start hobbies, prioritize. Find work, find a career, research into it. Walk a dog, go to the gym. Grab a laptop or tablet or even your phone and a notebook and chill at a cafe. Get going. The thing about breaking the cycle is starting. Let momentum keep taking you places from there.
