- Genetically slow metabolism. Your metabolism may kick start later on in your life and you'll lose wright easier than now.
Here are a few silly tricks you can do at your home.
- Instead of walking normally you lift your knees high and try and take as many steps as you can to get to where you want to go. Unless it's the bathroom lol.
- If sit-ups are hard, try lying down and hold your back to the ground somehow and lift your legs. Or you could lay in bed and grab the head board or sides of the bed and lift your legs.
- Eat portions that are reasonable such as 2 slices of pizza, rather than 4. 8 wings instead of 20.
- Also eating fruits and vegetables are very important. I eat water melon every time I get the chance.
- You can still enjoy some junk food here and there, but limit yourself to at least one junk food meal a week.

that's obese. and it's going to take a lot of time (months) to get yourself into shape and it's going to take a lifetime of effort to keep yourself in shape. cut out soda, excess sugar, fried food. go to the gym and do at least 40 minutes of cardio 5 days per week. eat smaller portions and drink more water.
