Block negative... don't let it in you or your life... surround yourself with positive (people / situations)... Positive self-talk. Eliminate the negative self talk (I'm so dumb... I'll never get or do this... I'll never be or have this).
It's self defeating. Junk in junk out. Put positive in so you get positive manifestations out.

Do something small that you're good at. Then do something else small that you're good at. The more successes you have, even if small, the better your self-esteem will become. Self-esteem doesn't come from tips and tricks it comes from being able to specifically see that you, too, are useful.
Anxiety not possible, but they have pills that work pretty damn well.
Low Self esteem, stop caring what everyone else thinks and just care about what you think. in the end it is only you. It will also lessen the anxiety. Trust me Im so much happier now not fully caring.
