How to you guys/ gals feel about plastic surgery?

I'm talking about completely elective. Boob implants, butt augmentation, face lifts, fake muscles, lipo, etc.

Ex- I saw a girl today, really cute, she has had a boobs job, she went natural so they are only a full D, she was probably a full B before, so she wasn't flat, it's barely noticeable, I don't get why she did it

i think its silly. we were born the way we are for a reason. why try to change that permanently? i would never have plastic surgery done unless i needed it to survive. i just think it's a waste of money

i'm not against it especially if one is a celebrity or something. i think it's a good option if one is not really happy with their appearance. personally it's something i'll probably never do. :)

Some people look better, and some people look worse after having it done. I don't think less of them for having plastic surgery.

Do a lot of soul searching before you do it. I had gastric bypass. Best decision of my life.

Anything that is natural is something i frown upon, unless it is due to some deform matters, i feel it is not necessary to have it. But to each his own.
