Should I prompt my head on 2 pillows while having a cough?

I have a cough and soar throat and I'm wondering is it good to prompt your head on 2 pillows when u sleep

Yeah if you had congestion it's good cause if you're just laying flat the congestion will just sit there and make you cough which will make your throat even more sore. Sorry if that was too much info or gross but it's true lol

Well its the only way i can sleep when im sick, so im guessing its good... ? haha
