So would a second heart really help me or would it make matters worse?
Would surgically implanting a second heart be harmful, or helpful, or neutral?

Go see a cardiologist. It's a pain to do and heart conditions are difficult to diagnose (I know because I have one), but in the end it's so worth it to feel better.
If you mean a heart transplant, only a doctor can tell you that, because a large number of things can cause your symptoms, many of which are improved by just medication.
if you literally mean a second heart, probably not, because the heart works perfectly in conjunction with the human body to pump blood at the right speed and pressure (of course there are issues with that in some people, like you) and a second heart would just pump the blood faster and harder. I assume it will not only raise the blood pressure, but also decrease the amount of oxygen reaching your organs through passive transport. (I think)
but seriously, the bottom line is that you should see a cardiologist, this forum really isn't the best place for medical advice. Good luck, man.
if your heart will simply give up on you then the answer to a second heart seems useful but I'll tell you now if you ever want to make it on that list you have to be healthy overall as in no smoking, no alcohol etc... plus getting a second heart isn't always the only solution you have get an electronic pacer to help regulate your heart while it heals slowly over time. I would recommend you go to a doctor to be examined regardless of distance. But for now change your lifestyle and start eating healthy and if you are able start working out. Best of Luck!
That's just the thing, I do eat healthy and have a low fat-muscle ratio, and do general work like carrying chicken feed, getting wood etc. But this all started about 4 months ago, along with a weird neck twitch.
Nope, I inherited my dad's bad joints and bad luck but that's about it.
By a second heart you mean a heart transplant? Not a second heart as well as your own? You can only have one of them attached to the various outfeeds from it. U need medical advice from a doctor to properly diagnose your problem and then probably wait for one to become available if that is what is needed.

Three words... see your doctor...
I already did, they don't have the right equipment to fully diagnose the situation. And I love way too far from any good major hospital.
Yea well I'm not sure if it's fatal or if I can live with it. Though I have already fallen down the stairs from having one if those pains.
And had my kidneys fail on me for about 10 minutes making breathing agonizingly painful.
This is the only sensible answer. There are no others to be had.
