Period pain, what do you use as pain killer for it?

I use everything I can find for it Cinnamon with hot water, hot water in bottle it's really make me relax and get in deep sleep, MDC, I got a pain hard one sometimes, it can make me lose my consciousness, vomit and sometimes become so cold and I got Numbness on my whole body I didn't visit doctor before but believe me one I become in that situation I use every Medications " pain killer " I have in the house how about you? what do you use and how you deal with it?

I use Pamperin and use a heating pad along with laying a pillow underneath my stomach or if I'm on my back. Whichever position I find comfortable at that time. It sounds so weird but for me it works. Either that or I have to do some light walking because I'm irritable and can't sit still when I have mine. :D

Try a heating pad or a warm water bottle.
You might want to talk to your doctor if it's causing you that much pain... It could be endometrosis.

My doctor put me on birth control and now I don't have periods ^_^

I wish I can do that too but my mother said no I can't put my self in birth control between tell me are you taking MDC or what? @Opinion

I use the depo shot. And why won't she let you use BC?

Well that's true, but all women are different. Depo doesn't cause any hormone problems for me.

Yes, because if you're bleeding heavy, you might be anemic. The same thing happened to me.

Naproxen works the best. That's why Midol changed it's "exteded relief" formula to naproxen.

I use Advil, and then when it's over, be sure to exercise!!! You won't believe how much it helps with pain! Good luck and feel better! :)
