Need Help with Acne?

I need help with my Acne Breakout, it's ridiculous.
It's everywhere on my face, but I don't eat or drink anything Hot, Oily, Sugary, barely any Sweets, I only drink Water, and eat Healthy, I wash my hands, but for some reason I'm getting this breakout.

Does Acne come out from stress too? or anything else?
I need help on getting rid of it. GaGers help?

I've had TERRIBLE acne since I was about 12 or 13 (yes, that early). I'm 18 going on 19 now. My parents have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars worth of pills (tropicals, etc) and creams prescribed by dermatologists, and I've even had peals and laser treatments done. It went as far to the point where I took Acutane for a few months (the strongest drug known for acne). Even the Acutane didn't help in the long run, as a matter of fact it left my face full of scars.:( I tried everything, even birth control to control my hormones, yet, zip. Nada. I gave up on my case.

A few weeks ago I came to mexico to try Hemotherapy. Look into it!! The way I did it, I went to a lady who knows how to professionally take blood. For eight days straight (before breakfast when your stomach is empty) she took blood from the vein in my arm and injected it into my top outer part of my butt. It sounds bizarre and weird but it's really not so bad because its common to do.
AND GUESS WHAT:) My face has been really clearing up (,: My face is much smoother, I'm hardly breaking out, and even the scars on my face are smoothing out!:0 It's so crazy. Look into it, its a wonderful natural, cheap treatment and not dangerous at all, b/c its your own blood you work with. No chemicals or pills:) Good luck!

Alright bro 1. Stop touching your face 2. stop or limit your intake of fast foods 3. cut down on sugar its crap for the body anyway 3. change your pillow case more often it traps oils in it which cause pimples 4. chocolate is the culprit a lot of the time 5. ice and an advil pill cut open take the redness and swelling down big time 6. red eye visine that all the stoners use is great for taking the redness away from pimples.

Change your pillow case more frequently
Stop touching your face.
Try to just use light soap to watch your face.
After you wash apply honey or apple cidar vinegar to the affected spots.
Keep it moisturized.
Stay Hydrated with water
Get adequate amounts of sleep
and
Quit jacking off soo frequently.

Genetics.

If you have over active subacious glands, there is little you can do outside of waiting it out or taking Accutane. I tried to wait it out and ended up having acne most of my life, then when I turned 42 I went on Accutane and it pretty much cured it. But it is HELL being on it.

Stress totally causes breakouts. Which is super annoying because breakouts cause stress too. Make sure you're getting enough sleep (that will help with stress too). Exercise is important. Any good type of face wash routine should help too. Just don't over dry your skin, especially in the winter. People think that moisturizer makes breakouts worse but that's actually not true. You should use an oil free moisturizer at night.

If your diet isn't balanced you can have breakouts too... you're diet doesn't effect your acne as much as you may think. Stress is a key acne ingredient. I asked my friend she has amazing skin, she said her ancestors life was changing when she started using Johnson and Johnson lavender baby wash on accident at her sisters house. It washed all her make up off, didn't leave her face dry or mucky like other medicated washes or other exfoliates.

I started... it's amazing! I've had acne problems for years and tried everything... Proactive was nice but expensive.

It can come from a lot of things: stress, hormones, medicine, etc .
Get a good acne face wash and wash your face in the morning and before going to bed at night and it will clear up soon.

Change your pillow case because it traps oil in there and make sure you wash your face everyday.

Clean your pillow case very often. If you sleep on your side with your face on your pillow case that will cause acne
