Ok so my body is petite pair shaped, I have a butt but you can't notice it until I wear shorts leggings and crop tops. But hips are 36in and waist is 26in. I'm waist training and it's improving but I want my butt and hips 2 or 3 inches bigger. I'm 5'6. Are there any foods to increase it. I do lounges, squats. But I don't see improvements.
eat some thing that are fattening. U need some fat to turn to muscle or to be worked into a certain region. If you want more ass then just eat a little more but continue to do your squats. The fat will burn but some will store as well. Avoid running as it will burn like every bit of fat you have/want
