Make a sandwich and eat it on your way to your 12 30 class. 15 minutes is enough time to eat a sandwich. Plus you don't like bars but there are protein smoothies in bottles you can buy and bring with you. Odewalla makes good ones. Or eat a yogurt on the way... Fruit. Just take stuff you can eat while walking. Mixer ella Cheese sandwiches are good bc they don't smell and are not messy. Peanut butter sandwich. Nuts in a zip lock bag.

Eat between classes. Do you like granola bars? Fruit snacks?
Usually after you walk to the class and sit down, you have like 5 minutes before it legitimately starts. Most professors won't care if you eat in those 5 minutes before class really starts.
A protein rich meal - maybe chicken? With a lot of vegetables. Also bring water with you to class and even if you don't necessarily feel thirsty drink it throughout.

I think you should have lunch before your classes start. It can be early, but I doubt it you'll get hungry.
it's only 2:45 hours, have breakfast at half past ten or so and have lunch when you're home, you should survive bout 4 hours I suppose.
Avoid snacks like chips. They will make you more hungry. What about some yoghurt with corn flakes or with fruit or honey?
have brunch before your first class.
