Hit that protein and hit the gym. It will help you bulk up. But seriously, you have trouble GAINING weight? Consider yourself lucky... most people have a hard time losing it ;)

Carbs is your friend , protein is thermogenic so pound for pound you want carbs
Eat all the junk food you want at this point. You just need to gain weight at this point.

Unless you're eating foods high in carbs and protein as well as doing some heavy lifting, you will not gain weight.
I would just go with a lot of protein. Like whole milk, meat, eggs, chicken, etc.
Just eat normal food and go to the gym
