Im quite disgusted with myself I need to have a few surgeries but don't want the implants due to horrible success rates but if I lose weight they won't have to do the implants they can use my own ligaments.. and I'm really trying to lose it for good. I need tips to help.
I now eat between 900-1100 calories daily. I brisk walk 2 1/2 miles 7 days a week. I also only drink water and LOTS of it!!
Please keep in mind I am a mother of four, I have football, cheerleading, schooling, physical therapy, so on.. no family or friends near to help. I'm doing every thing on my own so my life can't change to workouts 8 hrs daily..
Any tips to help increase weight loss not fast but at a good rate. I need these surgeries physically and mentally to have a better life.
