I usually eat butter chicken OR beef patties, bananas and yogurt for lunch so how much would I lose if I ate only chicken salad?
I say you should eat white meats such as tuna chicken fish etc. Only eating salad is kind of bad your body needs meats. I have lost 30 pounds just eating fish chicken tuna with salad and steak at times. Drinking lemon can help you loose weight just dont over drink it it can damage teeth due to the acid
