I've been kind of chubby my whole life. This summer everything sort of changed. I started working out more. I ride my bike for hours everyday. I didn't actually plan to start working out, it's just that I hate being at home with my family so I take my bike out for hours and don't come home until it's dark. Then I noticed I'm eating a lot less. I usually could eat anything before. Now I always feel hungry, but when I eat I get full really fast. For example the day before yesterday my aunt and I shared some Chinese food. I ate two little peices of chicken and then I couldn't eat anymore. Yesterday just the smell of breakfast made me not want to eat, even though my stomach was growling. I ate two small bags of chips yesterday and a few pieces of candy and that was all. I skipped breakfast and dinner. I feel like I'm losing weight to quickly. I went from being chubby to a nearly flat stomach. This is the first time I've ever considered wearing a bikini to a pool. I like that I'm losing weight, I'm just concerned that it might not be healthy to lose so much weight in like 2 months.
