First off, you're going through hormonal changes in your body. I used to have breakouts on my forehead when I was 15-18 now I don't break out anymore in that area. I now get occasional pimples on my face due to my menstrual cycle, stress (this is a big cause of acne), and my diet. Take vitamins (multivitamins) especially calcium and magnesium. Cut down on some dairy and junk food! The simple act of talking a nice walk to get some fresh air can reduce pimples on your cheeks. Change your pillowcases and don't touch your face too much! Acne is a part of life, a part that really sucks! I actually went through a bad breakout after I graduated from high school because I was really stressed out. It was by far the worst breakout I have ever seen. Now I have like one or two pimples because I eat healthy, finally take vitamins, drink water, exercise, and get that fresh air!

I have had acne for a couple of years now and the thing is, it's not on my face; in fact, it's on my arm crease and on my forearm. My doctor prescribed me a pill to clear it up completely but did say it will take an estimate of 1 year. I have been taking the pill of about 3 weeks and I noticed a huge difference.
Basically acne does not look bad, it's pretty much human. Acne doesn't affect your health unless it's severe and causing you stress/depression. In my own opinion I don't think it's bad looking.

I don't think acne is bad for your health, but I think bad health can cause it. Eating too many sweets and greasy foods and not enough water can make you breakout big time. Acne is not attractive. Why else do companies have so many acne clearing products and concealer?
Sometimes acne does not go away for some..
Acne causes many to be insecure.. But there are some that can ignore it.
Some people with severe acne will most likely not be happy about it.. (of course it wouldn't lol)I don't think it's that bad on some people if it's just in certain spots (:
