Get some ointment girl! Nothing works better than over the counter antibiotics. I broke out really bad in middle school and nothing worked except prescription medicine. That stuff works OVER NIGHT, really good. I keep some around because when I'm on my period I'll get a zit or two.
Some pimples depending where they are, are caused from your hormones, what you eat etc. so The one's by your chin mouth area are due to hormonal changes aka stress and potentially may need to incorporate more fibre in your diet.
find the allergens in your diet that make you flare up... . it could be starches, tomatoes, sugar, processed meat/food, dairy, who knows. it could even be something in your home products or beauty products... .
Go see a doctor. They can prescribe tablets to help. I think it's some sort of antibiotic.

Acne is usually hormone related. Going on the pill might help. (If you have really terrible, irregular periods this will help you immensely in and of itself).
