It's probably hormonal. It's annoying and happens to the best of us. I've heard of various solutions... visiting a dermatologist and spending a pretty penny on prescribed medicine. I've also read from a credible source suggesting to add a little aluminum-free baking soda to your cleanser. She doesn't use that all day every day, but only when she needs a little extra help. Otherwise, don't touch your face and hope for the best! x

You're using too much stuff for your face. Use panoxyl it works great for breakouts. Cleanse with that and use a moisturizer with benzoyl peroxide. Or regular sunscreen. You will see a mark improvement in your complexion within a matter of a few days.
What Girls Said
Could possibly be genetics, ask parents especially your mother if she experienced similar problems when she was your age. Water is good, but do be careful with exfoliating, as I used an exfoliating gel twice (don't know why, my skin is pretty much always clear unless I go out to a friends and have a lot of sugar, this makes me break out every time) and it made me break out more than I ever had before. I use little to no products except makeup remover and moisturizer on my face, the only thing I 100% recommend is coconut oil. If I ever have a spot coming up I rub some coconut oil all over my face and when I wake up the next morning my skin is clearer than ever. Also fresh air and sun helps my skin stay clear, especially sea air.
i know this sounds weird but it could be the wipes. i always breakout when using wipes even though i wash my face afterwards.
Hormones play a factor in acne, not just physical cleanliness.
