Do I have to have really bad acne to get Accutane? Please help?

I have moderate acne and although it's not cystic it's still pretty bad. I have really and I mean REALLY oily skin. It gets to the point where after 10 mins of wearing my glasses it's slips off and oils get on it. i have enlarged pores as well. Can a regular doctor prescribe me to accutane? What is the process of being on accutane and getting it?
