After my awful anorexia and bulimia journeys that had lasted for nearly 3 years, I started to suffer from binge eating disorder. I gained 20 kilos and I became overweight. I eat lots of sugary stuff and I know that I have an addiction. I also know that If I quit sugar I can lose weight easily, get back my flawless skin and be happier. But whenever I try to cut it, I change my mind on the 3rd day and find myself in front of the snack cupboard. My body changed a lot after gaining weight. I used to have long legs, hourglass shape of body, flat belly and I had no cellulites at all. I've been doing lots of sports since I was anorexic. But now, I understood that eating habits are more important than exercising. Ofcourse exercising is important too but everything depends on eating habits. I think I have also candida and my mom bought me probiotics to make a sugar free detox with using them. I dont know if I should start tomorrow or not. My exam week is coming and Im afraid of changing my mind about this detox because of stress. What shoukd I do? ı need some motivation guys!!
You eat sugar because it makes you feel good. Try eating other nutrients that also lift your mood. Do research to find out what chemicals help you lose weight. Try eating salty food instead of sweet food. If you eat any food every single day for 6 weeks in a row you will begin to enjoy its taste. Eat salty food instead of sweet food. At least salt is a necessary staple of the human diet.

Don't take sweets in the house. Instead eat e. g. a vegetable (carrot?) or drink some tea or coffee to satisfy you.
avoid sugar and dont drink diet soda.
